Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles
Proficient understanding of financial products
Experience in relationship management/VIP management (big plus)
Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to formulate strategies and plans and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
Keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
Strong interpersonal skills (largely external facing with clients and partners)
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty
Bilingual English/Thai required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
User-focused, data-driven approach to decision making; able to design and analyze key metrics dashboards

Responsibilities

Understand the needs of VIP users and drive/obtain user insights of VIP customers
Design and implement end-to-end user experience for VIP customers
Responsible for product roadmap to serve VIP customers
Devise and execute user acquisition and retention strategy for VIP segment
Support the team in sourcing and managing large-scale partnerships to drive user and volume for Gulf Binance platform
Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives
