Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate travel management
  • Concierge high touch experience a plus
  • GDS experience required, preferably in Sabre 360/Native
  • Well-informed and keeps up to date with all airline rules and regulations, tariffs (both domestic and international), and other industry requirements, applying this knowledge accurately when making travel arrangements
  • Ability to ticket in both Canada BSP and US ARC a plus
  • Great attention to detail
  • Must consistently display an exemplary professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to liaise with clients and establish positive relationships
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and time-management skills to handle multiple requests and tasks at once
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing extraordinary service to our clients
  • Proficiency in using multiple travel booking platform, online reservation systems, and other relevant tools
  • Experience in a matrix based and collaborative environment
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Experience using Microsoft products such as Excel and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Exceptionally strong team collaboration and communication
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships
  • Manage & identify specialization opportunities in air, hospitality and loyalty programs
  • Arrange routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, car, hotel, limousine, and rail
  • Research and resolve all client enquiries
  • Recommend best air, car, hotel, ground transportation based on customer’s needs
  • Company & traveler profile creation and upkeep
  • Proper compliance with information safety & risk management
  • Relentless in improving the business traveler experience
  • Key role with ideation & implementation of our product development
  • Other tasks as requested
