Responsibilities

Manage and operationalize ViiVConnect financial programs to ensure affordability and access for patients living with HIV or at risk of HIV
Enable patients to start prescribed treatment quickly while balancing brand performance and organizational goals
Coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing day-to-day management of patient affordability programs provided by third-party partners
Manage multiple service providers and vendors for financial affordability programs, overseeing and maintaining high service level standards
Collaborate closely with field team members to resolve escalations, collect feedback, and develop/deliver reimbursement and affordability training and materials
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to stakeholders with key observations, insight-driven recommendations for improvements, and optimizations
Drive efficient use of program budgets by monitoring costs, proactively identifying optimizations, and building future finance forecasts
Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure full compliance with financial access programs
Remain current on the external environment, including patient access opportunities/challenges, managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends
