Requirements

  • Experience leading Planning & Performance finance function and driving performance culture
  • Strong leadership and people management (2 direct reports and 4 indirect reports)
  • Strategic thinking and judgement to assess risk in forecasts; ability to challenge performance and forecast assumptions
  • Ability to lead financial planning cycles, deliver financial processes and systems, and drive continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in using internal and external data and robust analyses to provide insight on financial delivery
  • Strong governance mindset; ensure integrity, transparency, and reliability of Finance information; coordinate cycles with Rx and ViiV finance leads
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with the US ViiV business and finance partners
  • Eligibility for domestic relocation package (location: Durham, NC; RTP area)

Responsibilities

  • Lead US ViiV Planning & Performance team; provide support to the overall US ViiV business, finance partners, and hub; ensure integrity, transparency, and reliability of Finance information
  • Direct financial activities in support of delivering business strategies and solutions; maintain strong governance
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver the financial cycles for the US ViiV business including driving the calendar and reviews, designing outputs and processes to deliver them, integrating cycle plans with Rx and ViiV finance leads, and determining appropriate review and sign off
