Lead the design, build, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for executive and operational reporting
Define, document, and standardize KPIs across business domains to support a single source of truth
Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data pipelines and models meet reporting needs
Oversee Sales Operations reporting, including data quality checks, metric alignment, and dashboard automation
Conduct periodic KPI reviews to adjust definitions, thresholds, and business rules as needed
Enable self-service reporting by implementing scalable templates and governance practices
Oversee Sales Operations data management, ensuring data quality, monitoring, and reporting standards are consistent with the Commercial Organization
Collaborate with data owners to maintain KPI inventories and ensure dashboard reporting remains accurate for Sales Operations reporting
Drive adoption of reporting standards as the primary point of contact for reporting across Commercial teams
