Responsibilities

  • Support new business efforts: networking, scouting, brainstorming, proposal development, presenting, agency selection, contracting, and client onboarding
  • Forge and nurture client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and oversee account teams to deliver against KPIs across diverse clients (destinations to small hotels)
  • Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and pitching to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry leaders, and decision-makers to expand network and pipeline
  • Represent the agency at conferences, networking events, and thought leadership forums
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a key strategic leader in the travel division
  • Oversee development of public relations strategies for clients including destinations, tourism boards, resorts, and hotel brands
  • Oversee team members for quality day-to-day account management, results, and long-term strategic planning
  • Coordinate across internal and external teams to deploy integrated services (influencer relationships, strategic partnerships, AI research)
  • Manage agency workload and client portfolio in close communication with executive leadership
  • Provide mentorship to staff and drive a culture of collaboration and accountability across Orchestra Travel
