Responsibilities

  • Oversee development of associate partners and tools to enhance operational excellence as primary point of contact for Walmart field operations
  • Prioritize transformative and acceleration initiatives, collaborating with finance, HR, supply chain to drive operational KPIs and results
  • Work closely with Field SVPs and BU Presidents to optimize collaboration between Strategy, Support, Store Fulfillment, and field activities
  • Support the EVP of Stores in making Walmart US the best place to work and shop, enhancing productivity
  • Develop and innovate Walmart Strategy Support and multichannel strategy for competitive advantage and differentiation
  • Develop overall business strategy for Strategy Support and Store Fulfillment to support corporate goals, sales, market share, associate retention, and market growth
  • Partner with key teams to develop analytics for operations insights guiding KPI strategies
  • Define and articulate multichannel vision and translate into actionable strategies and decisions on tools/approaches
  • Define/analyze customer needs, implement/evaluate initiatives to align Walmart and customer goals, enforce service standards, promote products/services
  • Champion transformational change through prioritization, testing, ROI justifications, forecasting, platform investments, strategy adjustments, and feedback to leaders
