Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or advertising agency roles
  • Proven success developing and executing digital and social strategies for clients across B2B technology, cybersecurity, professional services, healthcare, energy, and sustainability
  • Strong client-facing experience with a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Expertise in both organic and paid social campaigns, with experience in content strategy and performance optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality work
  • Experience contributing to new business development, including pitch support

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic counsel and helping clients achieve their social and digital goals
  • Design, implement, and measure social and digital campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels
  • Collaborate with SVP/EVP and account teams to ensure social strategies align with overall client objectives
  • Oversee content development, creative execution, and social tactics for client programs
  • Mentor and coach digital associates, providing feedback and supporting their career growth
  • Provide insights on messaging, content delivery, and audience engagement to maximize impact
  • Participate in new business efforts, including contributing creative ideas, pitch materials, and client case studies
  • Stay current on social media trends, platforms, and emerging technologies, sharing insights internally and externally
  • Support agency operations by mentoring staff, prioritizing responsibilities, and promoting best practices
  • Represent Highwire at professional events to build thought leadership and industry connections
