  • Ability to engage in boardroom conversations with C-suite executives at financial institutions and fintechs
  • Architect sales operations including quota design, territory planning, and compensation structures

Responsibilities

  • Own the North America Issuing Solutions revenue strategy, partnering with product, marketing, and client services to position Visa as the indispensable partner in clients’ issuing and portfolio optimization strategies
  • Leverage deep payments expertise to identify whitespace opportunities, navigate complex client organizations, and architect solutions addressing challenges in authorization optimization, token lifecycle, fraud prevention, dispute management, and cardholder engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic issuing accounts, bringing gravitas and credibility to deepen relationships at the highest levels
  • Design and execute the sales operating model for a large, complex organization—establishing clear quotas, defining role responsibilities, and optimizing team structure to maximize coverage and productivity
  • Implement sales operations with precision to drive performance
