Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify new market opportunities, key customer segments, and expansion strategies to accelerate revenue growth
  • Establish and manage a predictable and data-driven sales process, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates
  • Drive the adoption of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) to optimize deal execution
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning
  • Implement best practices in sales coaching, performance management, and career development to retain top talent
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and incentive structures that align with company objectives and motivate the team
  • Own and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets to ensure sustained growth
  • Expand PayNearMe’s presence in key verticals and build strategic partnerships that drive long-term value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to enhance demand generation, product positioning, and client retention
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and partners
  • Ensure a seamless sales-to-customer experience, working closely with Client Success to drive adoption and retention
