Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end member growth strategy for Walmart+
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand member benefits and enhance value
  • Create differentiated value propositions to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Negotiate and manage partner contracts; develop new frameworks for partner engagement
  • Collaborate across functions to advocate for and launch new Walmart+ benefits driving engagement and retention
  • Set strategic direction for member growth: define long-term plans, identify opportunities, deliver results
  • Develop internal and external partnership opportunities to expand membership reach and relevance
  • Influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams around growth initiatives
  • Drive member growth: establish channels via experimentation/partnerships, leverage data for acquisition/conversion/retention, optimize program design and communications
  • Lead organization: set priorities, align resources, foster innovation, ensure omnichannel experiences
  • Build and nurture diverse leadership team: identify/retain talent, provide development, address gaps
  • Champion culture of respect, belonging, and positive experiences for associates and members
