Candidates need minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably in industrial/logistics, a Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics or related, expert ability in Excel and Argus Enterprise financial models, strong quantitative and analytical skills, negotiating skills, and organizational abilities.
You will be supported by an analytical team, entitlement and land development team, asset management professionals, and a legal and accounting group, reporting directly to the Central Region Managing Director while interacting with the Chief Investment Officer and Investment Committee.
The role requires a team player with low ego, strong sense of personal motivation, responsibility, and entrepreneurship, with the ability to work well alone or with a team in fast-paced environments with little supervision.
