Responsibilities

  • Translate company strategy into scalable engineering plans and team structures
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and infrastructure investments
  • Drive technical decision-making that supports AI and data initiatives
  • Scale a high-performing org across product, platform, and AI domains
  • Manage and mentor engineering leaders and managers; build a deep bench
  • Shape and uphold a culture of ownership, autonomy, velocity, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Finance, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing to align engineering with GTM and customer success
  • Serve as a credible partner to enterprise customers, both pre- and post-sale
  • Contribute to executive strategy, budgeting, planning, and headcount forecasting
  • Support rapid 0→1 product iteration while maintaining quality and learning velocity
  • Lead platform efforts that enable multiple products to scale on shared infrastructure
  • Work closely with the SVP and co-founders to operationalize technical vision and ensure execution excellence
