Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient project execution by coordinating tasks and meeting project milestones, on one or more projects
- Organize dailies, rounds, and project meetings
- Ensure ShotGrid statuses, task assignments, and project scope is continually maintained
- Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including submission documentation
- Documentation and report preparation; tasks tracked and managed
- Communicate any schedule changes promptly and effectively to relevant stakeholders to ensure a harmonized project timeline
- Pave the way for quality excellence by establishing robust quality control processes and orchestrating seamless project closures
