- Ensure ShotGrid statuses, task assignments, and project scope are continually maintained
- Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including submission documentation
- Documentation and report preparation; tasks tracked and managed
- Communicate any schedule changes promptly and effectively to relevant stakeholders to ensure a harmonized project timeline
- Establish robust quality control processes and orchestrate seamless project closures
