Responsibilities

  • Aufbau & Durchführung praxisnaher D2D-Trainings, Workshops & Coachings
  • Entwicklung eines strukturierten Onboardings für Quereinsteiger*innen
  • Vermittlung von Vertriebs- & Kommunikationsskills (Pitch, Einwandbehandlung, Abschluss)
  • Direkte Begleitung im Feld – du zeigst selbst, wie’s geht
  • Analyse der individuellen Performance & Ableitung konkreter Entwicklungspläne
  • Förderung eines positiven Mindsets & mentaler Stärke im Team
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Field Sales Management, um Trainingsziele mit Performancezielen zu verknüpfen
