Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-time experience in strategy & operations, product strategy, GTM strategy, consulting or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record (MBA or related master's degree preferred)
  • Experience driving pilots, experimentation and scalable operations for cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage client-facing interactions with strong presentation skills and a confident professional presence
  • Experience shaping strategic roadmaps, competitive positioning and GTM strategy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale tailored vertical solutions leveraging proven frameworks across the program development lifecycle (e.g., identify gaps, prioritize partnerships, build audience solutions, and define product scope)
  • Lead new solution pilots and manage pathways to productization in partnership with technical services teams
  • Define competitive positioning by monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape in international markets
  • Develop pricing strategies and lead customer discovery to shape vertical roadmaps
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on vertical strategy and end-to-end campaign planning
  • Oversee scaled services including pilots, experimentation, and automation of new solutions in collaboration with commercial and technical teams (e.g., Marketing Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence)
  • Drive repeatable frameworks that support proof-of-concept deployments and establish the foundation for future productization
  • Define vertical OKRs, segment-level planning, and pipeline prioritization
  • Support RFPs and solutions engineering to drive commercial success
  • Lead the development of vertical knowledge bases and AI-driven automation to empower sales and support growth at scale
