Requirements

Candidates should possess a passion for NIKE and/or a love of sports, along with beneficial experience in retail. Strong customer service skills and competence are required, alongside good German and English language abilities, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to work weekends and in shifts.

Responsibilities

The Athlete will provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge within a NIKE retail store, supporting store operations, assisting with training new employees, and contributing to achieving sales goals by recommending suitable products and connecting online and offline sales. They will also utilize digital devices to facilitate seamless sales, inform customers and new employees about NIKE products and services, expand their knowledge through training, act as a Brand Ambassador for NIKE initiatives, and support Leads and Coaches in training new employees.
