Responsibilities

  • Guide the Customer Journey: Lead existing customers through every stage of the buying process — from qualification and discovery to scoping, due diligence, and contract negotiation
  • Deliver Strategic Solutions: Identify pain points and risks within financial institutions, engaging multiple stakeholders and aligning solutions to their position in the buying journey
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Technical Services and other internal teams to design tailored solutions, prepare Statements of Work (SOW), and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Communicate with Clarity: Present integration and technical requirements in a simplified, customer-friendly manner while staying informed on industry trends and Verafin’s unique value proposition
  • Grow and Innovate: Contribute ideas to enhance offerings, participate in training and development, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement
