Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • 3+ years in procurement/vendor management with hands-on onboarding and master data experience
  • Proficient with ERP systems and vendor portals (Coupa, NetSuite, Workday); strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple onboarding requests; excellent cross-time-zone communication
  • Knowledge of supplier due diligence, tax/banking documentation, GDPR/privacy; strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset
  • Experience in vendor master data governance and data quality initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with P2P, AP workflows, and vendor risk assessment; global/multi-region support preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding in the ERP system (registration, documentation, approvals, activation) and maintain accurate vendor master data (bank, tax, classifications)
  • Manage the vendor inbox and communications; respond to inquiries and expedite updates with internal stakeholders (Procurement, AP, Finance, Legal, IT)
  • Verify and securely store vendor documents (tax forms, banking details, certifications); support vendor communications and onboarding metrics (cycle time, completeness, accuracy)
  • Drive data governance and ad-hoc vendor maintenance projects; conduct data hygiene, deduplication, and remediation of compliance flags
  • Support T&E auditing for the US region, including review and reconciliation assistance
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting vendor data and onboarding; communicate implications to stakeholders
