Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of diverse experience in scalable operations, ideally with experience in managing external (3rd party vendor partners) stakeholders, and experience in operations, sales, or service within a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. Strong communication and cross-functional skills are required, along with the ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining organization and control, and strong analytical skills with a data-oriented, metrics-driven approach.

Responsibilities

The Vendor Manager will scale Whatnot’s outsourcing footprint to exceed customer expectations, drive excellent performance and continuous improvement within partner sites, lead strategic sourcing processes, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external partners, effectively work cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders, and drive process improvements & cost optimizations.
