Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Maintain commitment to company sales processes, values, and business ethics
Receive and process customer merchandise accurately and appropriately
Package customer merchandise and bring it to the counter
Ensure proper product placement and adhere to marketing and visual merchandising standards
Label, tag, or price merchandise
Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and highlighting product features and benefits
Comply with all policies and procedures
Close the store at the end of the shift and prepare it for the next day
Clean shelves, counters, tables, and the store in general
