Act as a product expert and Skechers brand ambassador, using knowledge to guide customers to appropriate product selections
Ensure inventory levels on the sales floor are correct and maintain good condition in terms of merchandising, storage, and cleanliness to provide a top-level shopping experience
Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc., at the point of sale
Accept returns professionally and offer exchanges or alternatives whenever possible, striving to maintain optimal customer relationships
