Requirements

  • 5+ years’ work experience in a vehicle workshop and/or dealer shop
  • Ability to travel, potentially up to 40% during peak periods
  • Ability to solve problems independently without detailed instructions
  • Familiarity with electric vehicles is beneficial
  • Hybrid work location (Sturgis Processing Center & Headquarters in California)

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-delivery reworks and quality checks at the Sturgis Processing Center
  • Assist with engineering tests at proving grounds and other test locations, including travel to support vehicle operations and data collection
  • Provide customer fleet support, troubleshoot issues, and offer logistical and technical support for special events
  • Contribute to the build process of engineering prototypes
  • Maintain tools, organize the shop, manage supplies, and oversee inventory
  • Collect vehicle data and analyze it effectively
  • Perform equipment calibrations and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct hands-on testing and diagnostics
  • Spend significant time at Harbinger’s headquarters in California, especially during training
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of operational processes
