  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate challenges, and keep large teams focused on results
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for both small and large group settings
  • High analytical ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver clear solutions
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple constraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to take vague assignments through to completion

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Program Execution Team (PET) agendas, facilitate meetings, and document decisions
  • Lead the Change Request/Decision Notice (CR/DN) process, including screening team meetings
  • Prepare presentations for senior leadership gate reviews (VPE, GPLE, and others)
  • Assist in developing business cases for program content changes
  • Manage Product Program Content (PPC), Program Content Authoring Tool (PCAT), and Program Notebook
  • Align content with Vehicle Description System (VDS) and PCAT
  • Monitor program readiness in collaboration with the Vehicle Planning Coordinator
  • Advise cross-functional teams supporting Product Execution
  • Ensure internal and external customer voices are represented in program decisions
  • Handle special assignments and provide backup support for Program Manager responsibilities
