Requirements

  • B.A. degree in Business or related field (minimum)
  • Good command of English and Korean
  • 8 years of experience in marketing (minimum); 10+ years preferred in multi-national FMCG or Medical device
  • No reason for disqualification on overseas business trip
  • Men are required or exempted from military service

Responsibilities

  • Owns P&L of the respective brand(s)
  • Develops strategies and action plans to achieve annual sales and market share objectives
  • Leads development and execution of brand building strategies and activities
  • Analyzes market data and consumer insights for business decisions
  • Owns and leads new product launch planning & executions
  • Manages activations and promotions
  • Manages communication with sales, cross functional, regional, and international teams to deliver business goals by driving stakeholders to common objectives
  • Effectively allocates resources according to annual budget
  • Provides efficient, timely, and accurate reporting of sales and marketing reports
  • Responsible for S&OP planning based on market trend and projections
  • Manages external agencies (Creative, Digital, PR, Media, & Design)
  • Complies with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in local regulation and Corporate procedure
