Candidates must have a portfolio attached for eligibility. The UX Researcher role requires experience in user outreach discovery and validation activities, including use case discovery, persona and journey mapping development, and usability testing. The ability to provide unbiased and standardized feedback is essential. Experience leading or participating in design workshop activities, strategizing project needs and methodologies, and effectively communicating strategic decisions to leadership and stakeholders is also required. The role necessitates interpreting data from user calls, performing quick analysis and synthesis using various tools and methodologies, and collaborating with internal SMEs, customer success, data science, and customer insights. Articulating research outcomes to leadership and stakeholders to demonstrate work achieved during D&D and Delivery is crucial, as is assisting Product Managers and UX Designers in adopting research best practices. Approximately 25% travel is expected.
The UX Researcher will drive strategic and tactical iteration of products by conducting research, performing usability studies, and evaluating and presenting qualitative and quantitative data. They will ensure product gains unbiased, standardized feedback and provide project leadership to other researchers and designers. The role involves leading or participating in design workshops to generate data-informed solutions, strategizing project needs and methodologies, and interpreting data to provide insights to Product, UX Design, and Engineering. Collaboration with internal teams and customers to mature understanding of personas, journeys, and use cases is a key responsibility. The researcher will articulate research outcomes to leadership and stakeholders and assist Product Managers and UX Designers in adopting research best practices. Other duties as assigned.
