Responsibilities

  • Assist teams in conducting research activities to gather insights and inform decisions
  • Embed continual research as part of the "build, measure, learn" process within product teams
  • Collaborate with other leaders and disciplines to ensure experimentation is integrated into Code’s design research DNA
  • Develop design deliverables and structures based on research insights to inform product thinking
  • Utilize sound judgment, data, and evidence to make accurate and expert decisions
  • Work with other disciplines and clients to define research programs that enable innovative and effective product experiences
  • Ensure research activity contributes to the wider product strategy and adds customer and commercial value
  • Balance user goals and business objectives, considering brand, time, budget, and technology
  • Form and test ideas, design ideas, and solutions with the needs of real people in mind
  • Create user research programs that are focused on the client's needs
