Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Architecture Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent; they must possess at least two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation; two years of experience in user-centered design processes are required, along with two years of experience in design specification tools such as Figma or Sketch; a minimum of two years of experience in user research, usability testing, interaction design, and content strategy are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The UX Designer will analyze user behavior, expectations, and challenges; create personas, customer journey maps, and other design requirements; develop design solutions for software products addressing identified requirements; apply knowledge of interface standards and technical details in design solutions; and create detailed specifications for software developers to build those solutions.
