User Experience Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a User Experience Designer to analyze user behavior, expectations, and challenges. This role involves creating design requirements for software products, exploring and evaluating design solutions, and ensuring these solutions adhere to interface standards, best practices, and technical details. The designer will also create detailed specifications for software developers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Architecture Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience in User-centered design process.
  • 2 years of experience in Design specification tools (such as Figma, Sketch, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience in User research.
  • 2 years of experience in Usability Testing.
  • 2 years of experience in Interaction Design.
  • 2 years of experience in Visual Design.
  • 2 years of experience in Content Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, expectations, and challenges.
• Create personas, customer journey maps, and other design requirements for software products.
• Create, explore, and evaluate design solutions for software products that address identified design requirements.
• Apply knowledge of software interface standards, best practices, and technical details in design solutions.
• Create detailed specifications of design solutions to enable software developers to successfully build them.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $165,422.00 - $186,000.00
  • Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
  • Note: There may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations due to our location-based compensation structure.
• Total Direct Compensation: In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers bonus and equity value.
