Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of UX or product design experience, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments. A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact UX work with measurable results is required. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is essential, along with a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web best practices. Experience with front-end development collaboration is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The UX Designer will be responsible for shaping the online customer journey by designing intuitive user flows for various website sections, including the homepage, product pages, and checkout. This role involves developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and A/B tests, while championing mobile-first design principles. Collaboration with e-commerce, growth, and development teams to identify and resolve user friction is key. The designer will analyze behavioral data and customer feedback to inform UX insights, partner with developers for implementation fidelity, and design/evolve landing page templates. Additionally, they will build and maintain a scalable UX/UI design system for the website, ensuring consistency in typography, spacing, and interaction design, and staying updated on current UX/UI trends in DTC and mobile commerce.
