  • Experience distilling complex ideas into clear, helpful content

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver content across multiple touchpoints: Product UI, Help and support docs, Emails and in-product messaging, E-learning and onboarding content, Internal and customer-facing comms
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and SMEs to align content with user needs and business goals
  • Champion plain language, accessibility, and inclusive design
  • Conduct content audits and use data to iterate and improve
  • Maintain and evolve content guidelines and tone of voice
  • Put fair customer treatment at the heart of everything you do
