Educate clients on product updates and new features that enhance utility management efficiency
Lead client turn projects, ensuring seamless transitions between lease cycles
Analyze utility data trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
Act as a client advocate, managing references and case studies to showcase product value
Support internal decision-making processes by providing client feedback and insights
Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and client outcomes
