  • Analyze utility data trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
  • Act as a client advocate, managing references and case studies to showcase product value
  • Support internal decision-making processes by providing client feedback and insights
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and client outcomes
