Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
Clean all areas of the club including sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, and parking lot
Gather and return carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance
Remove trash or debris from parking lot, cart corrals, and club exterior
Ensure carts are well-stocked at the entrance, verify they are in working order and clean, and remove unsuitable carts
Return new and unused merchandise to the sales floor
Perform maintenance and cleaning duties: wet/dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, washing glass, emptying trash, pulling pallets
Maintain outdoor grounds including cart corrals, sidewalks, and trash receptacles
Prioritize maintenance and cleaning responsibilities efficiently across the club
Operate floor equipment
Support GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and deliver GOLD club standards daily
Resolve and deescalate member concerns, ensure a safe and positive environment
