Requirements

BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic; preferably with MBA
5-6 years’ experience in the same capacity
Knowledge of Operations, Maintenance, and Installation of Production Equipment and their Troubleshooting
Leadership Skills
Proficient in MS Office
Teamwork and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting of Utilities Equipment to reduce downtime and increase productivity
Ensure that the utilities crew take proper precautions and complies with all relevant safety procedures during the execution of their work
Responsible for start-up of the new utilities’ equipment
Support Validation Team in Qualification of all Utility systems
Contribute in internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of action plans
Participate in capital expenditure planning for Utility section
Maintain energy data of the site and provide energy data for reporting purpose
Managing the Engineering Utility & Calibration function to ensure all equipment operates according to specifications and is maintained and calibrated on schedule, in compliance with EHS and Quality standards
Provides effective maintenance, calibration, and operational support to manufacturing operations to ensure reliability and optimal performance
