Requirements

  • BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic; preferably with MBA
  • 5-6 years’ experience in the same capacity
  • Knowledge of Operations, Maintenance, and Installation of Production Equipment and their Troubleshooting
  • Leadership Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting of Utilities Equipment to reduce downtime and increase productivity
  • Ensure that the utilities crew take proper precautions and complies with all relevant safety procedures during the execution of their work
  • Responsible for start-up of the new utilities’ equipment
  • Support Validation Team in Qualification of all Utility systems
  • Contribute in internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of action plans
  • Participate in capital expenditure planning for Utility section
  • Maintain energy data of the site and provide energy data for reporting purpose
  • Managing the Engineering Utility & Calibration function to ensure all equipment operates according to specifications and is maintained and calibrated on schedule, in compliance with EHS and Quality standards
  • Provides effective maintenance, calibration, and operational support to manufacturing operations to ensure reliability and optimal performance
