Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design
Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design
15 years full time education
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing (good to have)

Responsibilities

Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience
Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, balancing technical feasibility and design intent
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions
Engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to enhance user satisfaction and usability
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
