Requirements

  • Proficiency in the Quantum Metric platform to build out individual digital properties, including workspaces with optimal segmentation, navigation, dashboards, and alerts

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful onboardings by owning the initial phase of onboarding digital properties for new and existing customers, ensuring long-term success and rapid time to value
  • Implement optimal subscription configurations, including standardized best practices for workspace design, roles and permissions, navigation, dashboards, interactions projects, alerts, and reports, tailored to industry-specific needs
  • Provide early, actionable, data-driven insights post-deployment to demonstrate tangible business value
  • Track and monitor onboarding progress, managing all tasks through GuideCX to drive accountability, visibility, and achievement of internal goals from production deployment to first insight delivery
  • Ensure quality and best practice alignment by validating industry events, auditing proof of concept configurations, and partnering with Implementation Engineers to remediate gaps
  • Innovate and enhance onboarding processes by proactively improving content, tools, and team processes, contributing new approaches to leverage Quantum Metric technology
