Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition, in application or gaming companies
  • Successful track record with ROAS strategies on mobile games and/or apps
  • Intimately familiar with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
  • Experience with influencer marketing and ASO
  • A hacker: already tried innovative organic/viral tactics
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple apps
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of apps
  • Work closely with Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback
  • Use suite of internal growth tools and interface with Tech team to continuously improve them
  • Deepen UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep organization at forefront of growth innovation
  • Lead transversal projects
