  • Hire, train, mentor associates; assign duties, set expectations, provide recognition, ensure diversity, recruit for growth
  • Identify customer/operational needs, develop business plans, remove barriers, measure progress, create contingency plans
  • Select, train, mentor associates; build team environment, conduct evaluations, provide recognition, coach for improvement
  • Promote company policies and ethics through training and direction; ensure compliance
  • Evaluate plans/programs, consult partners/stakeholders, apply suggestions for efficiency, support community events
