Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide management and hourly associates on customer service by modeling behaviors, resolving issues, building relationships, and providing information
  • Drive financial performance by achieving budgets, controlling expenses, creating improvement plans, and forecasting based on trends and community needs
  • Participate in community outreach, maintain relationships, represent the company, and promote programs and events
  • Direct facility operations by setting service standards, developing merchandise presentation, executing programs, ensuring quality and safety
  • Provide supervision and development for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, delegation, and recruitment
  • Execute business plans and projects by identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing obstacles, providing resources, measuring progress, and developing contingencies
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity through training, direction, and compliance
  • Evaluate and improve plans, programs, and initiatives by consulting stakeholders, applying suggestions, and supporting community events
