Responsibilities

  • Direct facility operations, request merchandise to meet community needs, and provide guidance on strategic initiatives
  • Provide supervision and development: assign duties, set expectations, recognize associates, delegate objectives, conduct performance evaluations, coach for success
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects, develop contingency plans, and demonstrate adaptability
  • Evaluate effectiveness of plans/programs/initiatives, consult stakeholders, apply suggestions for efficiency, and support community outreach events
