Responsibilities

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing/dispensing prescriptions, counseling on health care/medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality/controlled medications/documentation
  • Develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing expert advice, aligning efforts to meet customer/business needs, and building commitment
  • Support implementation of business solutions by building relationships, identifying needs, determining processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes
  • Model, enforce, and guide associates on customer service techniques to resolve needs/complaints within company guidelines
  • Model compliance with policies/procedures, incorporate ethics/integrity into business plans, and assist others in application
  • Ensure compliance by analyzing reports, implementing/monitoring controls, overseeing reviews, developing action plans, and guiding on programs/initiatives
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing orders, administering immunizations/programs in compliance with regulations
  • Create a culture of patient care safety/accuracy, communicate expectations, hold others accountable for SOPs, ensure counseling/documentation, analyze improvements, promote error reporting, and write action plans
  • Foster compliance-focused execution by communicating/training on initiatives, implementing priorities, monitoring execution, ensuring billing/HIPAA/SOP adherence, and utilizing audits for improvements
  • Embrace differences and respect individuals
