Responsibilities

  • Work with production Senior Managers and leads to oversee general operations and resourcing of people, time, and facilities
  • Ensure Studio functions efficiently by implementing tools and systems for optimized performance and output
  • Develop production scheduling tools with existing software and implement new solutions
  • Manage project/infrastructure, training, weekly WIP reporting & status meetings, production interface, and operational advice
  • Liaise and foster relationships internally across production studios, disciplines, creative, and account stakeholders
  • Motivate individuals to perform at their best and provide team mentoring
  • Develop scheduling, resource planning SOPs, and operationalize production planning
  • Develop and implement universal intake form for IP
  • Oversee strategic roadmap for implementation of AI for appropriate operational tasks
  • Run monthly utilization reports and forecasts
  • Work with facilities and studio teams to allocate equipment, production planning, and sourcing based on project needs
  • Prepare weekly report for status meetings containing overrunning projects, suite/site utilization, and Studio operational metrics
  • Conduct ongoing project tracking and monitoring for optimization
  • Flag overrunning projects timely and develop action plans with Directors and project leads
  • Track performance and progress of large-scale enablement initiatives
  • Handle documentation, training, governance, and enforcement of best Studio Operations practices
  • Lead weekly Studio Operations meetings with on-site teams
  • Prepare weekly status meetings and reports for HOP
  • Oversee studio resourcing and budgeting tools for production and Post, integrating data into Airtable, Anaplan, and finance readouts
  • Establish job jacket structure, SOPs, and implementation for producers in job wrap
  • Work with producers on job actuals, reconciliation, and updating job jackets
  • Collaborate with production, artists, and finance to audit and complete job jackets prior to close, including asset receipt
  • Approve and track freelance artist rates on shared platform for consistency and visibility
  • Review overtime spend and discuss resolutions with HoP and EP
  • Approve all 3rd party/outsource costs
