Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area, or three years of experience in these fields. A Master's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, and experience leading cross-functional teams is also desired.
Responsibilities
As a Realty Project Coach, you will lead and motivate your team to meet project timelines and deliverables, fostering collaboration and teamwork among associates. You will take ownership of project execution, communicate plans and changes to stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations. Furthermore, you will provide supervision, development opportunities, and mentorship to your team members, addressing their concerns and identifying career paths. Additionally, you will travel frequently, up to 1000 miles from home, for 17-21 days at a time, supporting projects in surrounding states and beyond, with mileage and overnight stays reimbursed.
