The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000.
The role requires frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, with associates away from home 80% of the time or 17-21 days at a time. Associates are based out of a home store but travel to surrounding states or farther; mileage is reimbursed and overnight stays are paid, but time traveling is not paid.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years of such experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, 1 year leading cross-functional teams, and project management experience.
