Requirements
- Ability to develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations
- Skills to fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Capability to complete work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborate with others, identify priorities/deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change/feedback
- Proficiency in providing Member service: acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, including using Open Door Policy

- Complete assignments/priorities by using resources, collaborating, communicating, recommending improvements, and adapting to change
- Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting purchases, locating items, resolving concerns, and promoting products/services
- Comply with policies/procedures/ethics by implementing action plans and applying Open Door Policy in business processes
