- Ability to develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations
- Skills to fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring order/invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Capability to complete work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
- Experience providing Member service: acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, using Open Door Policy

Responsibilities

- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards/procedures/guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standards, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders/invoices, securing items until Member arrival, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback/difficulties
- Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues/concerns, and promoting company products/services
