  • Proficiency in supporting CPU efficiency projects using KPIs, leadership insight, modeling picking/loading, executing improvements, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring staffing
  • Member service skills: acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services
  • Maintenance skills for sales floor: handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking, organizing, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing merchandise
  • Oversight of picking and staging club pick up orders per policy
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement processes by collaborating, analyzing data, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ecommerce programs (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) by auditing feedback, resolving complaints, escalating issues, identifying trends, and supporting solutions
  • Supervise ecommerce associates by training, resourcing, assigning duties, providing feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring pickup coverage
  • Execute Pickup plan: update KPIs, audit orders, ensure equipment readiness, evaluate performance via tours, train associates, develop metrics, and assess CPU effectiveness
  • Support CPU efficiency projects: leverage KPIs/insight to resolve gaps, model picking/loading, execute improvements, evaluate plans, implement solutions, communicate for staffing
  • Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, guide on tech/purchases, locate items, resolve concerns, promote products/services
  • Maintain sales floor/merchandise: handle claims/returns, zone/stock/organize, set up displays, remove damages, sign/price, identify shrink, secure high-shrink items
