Requirements

  • Knowledge of safety procedures, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
  • Experience overseeing ecommerce operations (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), auditing feedback, resolving complaints, escalating issues, identifying trends, and implementing solutions
  • Skills in supervising associates for ecommerce, including training, providing resources, assigning duties, feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring coverage
  • Capability to execute Sam's Club Pickup plan, update KPIs, audit orders, ensure equipment readiness, monitor strategy/goals, tour club for performance evaluation, train associates, and develop metrics
  • Proficiency in supporting CPU efficiency projects using KPIs, leadership insight, modeling picking/loading, executing improvements, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring staffing
  • Member service skills: acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services
  • Maintenance skills for sales floor: handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/organizing merchandise, setting up displays, cleaning, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink items
  • Oversight of picking/staging club pickup orders per company policy
  • Ability to develop/communicate/implement processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Commitment to demonstrating/promoting compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
