Requirements

  • Ability to assist management with supervision of associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, providing direction on member service, resolving complaints per company guidelines, ensuring policy compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates

  • Experience overseeing ecommerce operations (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), auditing online feedback, resolving complaints, escalating issues, identifying trends, and implementing solutions
  • Skills in supervising associates for ecommerce, including training, providing resources, assigning duties, feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring coverage at pickup locations
  • Capability to execute Sam's Club Pickup plan, update operations with KPIs, audit orders, ensure equipment readiness, monitor strategy/goals, tour club for performance evaluation, train associates, evaluate processes/metrics, and develop new metrics
  • Proficiency in supporting CPU efficiency projects using KPIs, leadership insight, modeling picking/loading, executing process improvements, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring staffing
  • Member service skills: acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services
  • Maintenance skills for sales floor/merchandise: handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/organizing, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink items
  • Oversight of picking/staging club pickup orders per company policy/procedures
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Support Sam's Club ecommerce plan: oversee operations (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit online feedback, resolve complaints/escalate issues, identify trends/causes, support management solutions
  • Supervise associates in ecommerce programs: train/provide resources, assign duties, give feedback, communicate goals, ensure pickup location coverage
  • Execute Sam's Club Pickup plan: update operations with KPIs, audit orders for fulfillment, ensure equipment readiness, maintain strategy awareness, tour club for CPU performance, train associates, evaluate processes/metrics impact, support new metrics development
  • Support CPU efficiency projects: leverage KPIs/insight to resolve gaps, model picking/loading, execute improvements, evaluate program execution, identify/implement solutions for productivity/quality, ensure proper staffing
  • Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, guide on self-service tech, assist purchasing, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services
  • Ensure sales floor/merchandise maintenance: handle claims/returns, zone area, stock/arrange/organize merchandise, set up/clean displays, remove damaged goods, sign/price per policies, identify shrink/damages, secure fragile/high-shrink items
