Requirements

  • Skills in supervising associates for ecommerce, including training, providing resources, assigning duties, feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring coverage
  • Capability to execute Sam's Club Pickup plan, update KPIs, audit orders, ensure equipment readiness, monitor strategy, tour club for performance evaluation, train associates, and develop metrics
  • Proficiency in supporting CPU efficiency projects using KPIs, modeling picking/loading, executing improvements, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring staffing
  • Member service skills: acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services
  • Maintenance skills for sales floor: handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking, organizing, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing merchandise
  • Oversight of picking and staging club pick up orders per company policy
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement processes by collaborating, analyzing data, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift/hazardous material procedures, adhering to steel standards, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
  • Support Sam's Club ecommerce plan by overseeing operations (e.g., Club Pick Up), auditing feedback, resolving complaints, escalating issues, identifying trends, and aiding solutions
  • Supervise associates in ecommerce programs through training, resources, duty assignment, feedback, goal communication, and coverage at pickup
  • Execute Pickup plan by updating operations with KPIs, auditing orders, ensuring equipment readiness, monitoring strategy/goals, touring club, training associates, evaluating performance/processes, and developing/utilizing metrics
  • Support CPU efficiency projects by using KPIs/insight to resolve gaps, modeling picking/loading, executing improvements, evaluating plans, identifying/implementing solutions, and communicating for staffing
  • Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, guide on tech/purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services
